At Chefs’ Warehouse, we take pride in the quality of our professional-grade kitchenware and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included, and securely seal the box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
